Climate Justice Montreal (CJM) developed following Power Shift Canada ’09. This was a national gathering of Canadian youth climate change activists in Ottawa, Ontario. After 3 days of workshops, discussions, and protests outside and inside Parliament, the Montreal contingent decided it was time to take action in Quebec.

Are participants expected to attend the entire two week camp, or is it possible to attend for a shorter span of time?

There are going to be convergence days from August 18-22 which will be the dates of the bulk of the workshops and trainings. You are also free to come for as long or short as you like.

hello,
we here at MIND high school are interested in inviting a representative from your group to come and speak to the students (re: education on shale gas). We will have a panel of discussions on the topic and we aim to have a diverse speakers list.
The date for this panel discussion is TUESDAY, Nov. 30th at 2:00-3:00. It will be in the science class for grades 10.
